BREEDING BETTER DOGS
UNDERSTANDING STRUCTURE & MOVEMENT
Do you feel like you’re not progressing in your breeding program? Are you having a hard time consistently putting wins on your dogs? Are you having trouble understanding structure and movement? Although there is no such thing as an “over-night success,” we have collected a series of articles written by successful breeders and judges to help you begin to improve the quality of your breeding program by giving you time honored advice that works!
PRESENTATION
It is never acceptable to allow one’s dog to look like anything less than a winner when it is in the show ring. Present your dog so well that the dog’s qualities stand out. Faults can be made to all but disappear or blend into the overall picture of quality so well that they become inconsequential. It is up to the exhibitor to make that happen!

Instead of becoming outstanding, they wind up as one of the herd.”
-AKC Judge and author Richard Beauchamp
